How long does delivery take?
Your order is prepared in 1 to 3 business days. Most orders then arrive in 5 to 10 business days, so plan on about 6 to 13 business days in total. We email you tracking as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8 and Express is $15. Shipping is free on orders over $75. We ship within the United States.
Can I save money when I buy more?
Yes. Buy 3 or more items and you save 10% automatically at checkout. New customers can also use code WELCOME10 for 10% off their first order. Discounts cannot be combined.
What if I do not like my item?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we will send you the next steps. The full details are on our Returns page.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or give you a refund.
Will my item look like the photos?
Our room photos are styled pictures that help you imagine the item in a home. The product details on each page, including size, color and what is included, are what you will receive. Please check the size in the description before you order.
