Returns and refunds

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps.

Refunds

After we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you.

Return shipping

The customer pays for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or was the wrong item.
