Return window
You can ask to return an item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at walnuthourshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps and the return address.
Who pays for return shipping
If you changed your mind, you pay for return shipping. If the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered, we pay.
Refunds
After we receive and check the item, we will refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
Cancel or change an order
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to cancel or change it before it ships.
