Common questions
Will it have creases when it arrives?
The rug ships rolled or folded, so it may have creases at first. They flatten out over time.
Does it need a rug pad?
On a hard floor like wood or tile, we suggest a rug pad so the rug does not move. A rug pad is not included.
How do I clean it?
Vacuum it regularly and spot clean spills.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from a US warehouse. Delivery usually takes about 5 to 10 business days.
